The blocking for the second “Cold Mountain” stole turned out much better than the first—I’ll have to re-block the first to get it to hold its shape better. The silk/wool blend (knitpick’s “gloss lace”) also softened up a lot after getting wet, so I’m much happier with the texture.
Last picture is of the new scarf pattern—an episode of house, a coffee shop visit, and a laundromat visit later, I’m already about 3 ft into it (probably about 4 ft when blocked).
